FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How do I arrange a visit?
Call us on 01782 287 959 or use the contact form above. We encourage all parents to visit before enrolling so you can see the environment and meet our staff.
Do you have spaces available?
Availability varies by age group and room. Contact us to discuss your child's age and when you're looking to start.
What funding is available?
Working parent funding is now available from 9 months. We can help you understand what you're entitled to and guide you through the application process.
How do you support children with SEN?
We have three dedicated nurture rooms with specialist staff and higher ratios. We work with families to create individual support plans. You don't need a formal diagnosis—we support based on your child's actual needs.
What if English isn't my first language?
50–60% of our families speak languages other than English at home. We're experienced in working with multilingual families and can arrange support where needed.
What are your staff ratios?
We maintain higher staff ratios than legally required, particularly in our nurture rooms, to ensure every child gets proper attention.
Do you provide meals?
Freshly cooked healthy meals daily — charge is payable daily or provide own healthy meals.
Why Visit
Come see us in person
See the transformation
The nursery has completely changed from a traditional institutional setting to something that feels like home. You need to see it to understand the difference.
Meet the staff
Our 20+ staff members are the heart of what we do. Meeting them helps you understand whether we're the right fit for your child.
Watch children in action
See how children engage with our curiosity-led approach, explore the rooms, and interact with staff and each other.
Ask specific questions
Every child is different. A visit lets you ask questions specific to your situation, especially if your child has additional needs.
