Our Crawling Caterpillar Room provides a warm, caring, and stimulating environment for up to six children aged 1–2 years, supported by two dedicated members of staff. This small group size allows us to offer high-quality care, individual attention, and strong key-person relationships.
At this important stage of development, children are naturally curious and eager to explore. We provide a wide variety of play-based learning experiences that support early communication, physical development, personal, social and emotional growth, and early problem-solving skills.
Outdoor experiences are an important part of our daily routine. The children have access to their own safe and stimulating outdoor play area, where they can develop their physical skills, confidence, and curiosity.
We also enjoy regular outings into the local community, helping children to experience the wider world around them in a safe and supported way.
