Nurture Room 3 is a dedicated provision within our nursery designed to support children with additional needs in a nurturing, structured environment.

The room is staffed by two members of staff, one of whom holds at least a Level 3 qualification. Both practitioners have a genuine passion and strong interest in supporting children with additional needs, ensuring every child feels valued, understood, and supported.

Our primary aim in Nurture Room 3 is to support children in becoming school ready, with the long-term goal that, with the right support in place, they are able to transition successfully into a mainstream school setting.

Planning is highly individualised. We follow targets set by external agencies and professionals, embedding them into daily practice to ensure consistent, focused support for each child. Progress is monitored closely, and activities are adapted to meet individual developmental needs.

Through consistency, care, and targeted intervention, Nurture Room 3 provides a safe and supportive space where children can build the skills, confidence, and resilience needed for their next stage of education.
